Sources we use

• Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Act 1976.
• eobi.gov.pk and the EOBI Facilitation System (fs2e.eobi.gov.pk).
• Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.
• Federal budget documents and cabinet decisions for pension changes.

How we check facts

• Every amount, age and time limit is taken from an official source and dated.
• When the official website shows an old figure, we say so and give the newer official decision.
• We do not publish rumours about pension increases. We wait for an official notification.
• We do not publish the personal names or mobile numbers of officers. Only official office numbers and role emails.

Updates and corrections

Key pages are checked every month and after every federal budget. Each page shows its last update date. To report an error, use our contact page.
