EOBI Registered Employer Check
To check if your employer is registered with EOBI, open Insured Person Details and enter your CNIC. If your employer has registered you, its name and your contribution months appear. EOBI does not publish a public search of employers.
How to check your employer
- Open Insured Person Details and enter your CNIC.
- Look for your employer’s name in the report.
- Check that months are listed for the time you worked there.
- Ask your employer for its EOBI registration number. A registered employer has one.
- Still unsure? Ask the regional office that covers the employer’s area.
When must an employer register?
- Every industry or establishment with 5 or more employees, since 1 July 2008.
- Smaller employers can join by choice.
- The employer must register within 30 days of the Act applying to it (Section 11).
- Registration form: PR-01 (PDF) or online through the Facilitation System.
If your employer is not registered
- Ask the employer in writing to register you.
- Register yourself through Register Self Insured Person.
